This ServIt fry dump holding station is the perfect addition to your fast food spot, concession stand, or restaurant! This unit is designed to keep foods at an ideal serving temperatures for hours at a time without affecting quality. The heated compartment is designed to hold french fries, chicken, fried appetizers, and other similar food products. It includes a fry bag holder to prop up your fry bags inside, and it has a built-in scoop holder and tong holder to easily remove product when it is ready to serve. Both the tong holder and fry scoop holder are adjustable to either side of the unit to be able to fit any kitchen setup.

This fry dump station is constructed of corrosion-resistant, insulated 18 gauge stainless steel to withstand tough back-of-house use. It features two ceramic top heating elements and a heated base to keep product hot, fresh, and crispy. It also boasts warm lighting to effectively illuminate your food, and it has a perforated tray to allow airflow and heat to move through product.

This fry dump station is easy to operate using the toggle controls located on the front of the unit. Simply switch it on, let the warmer heat up, and add your fried foods. Thanks to the included divider, this modular station can hold multiple products at once. Plus, the sides of the opening are adjustable to customize it to fit your space. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
