For an invaluable asset to any commercial kitchen, use this Main Street Equipment EC1-C single deck electric full size convection oven for virtually all your cooking and baking applications. This unit features 4 adjustable legs and offers a full size cavity that houses 3 adjustable wire racks. These racks rest on the 11 sets of slides along the interior side walls, so you can benefit from a variety of rack configurations to best accommodate your trays or full size food pans.

Cooking convenience is delivered by an assortment of special features that help make your job easier. For instance, a 60 minute timer helps you keep track of foods' progress while you multi-task in the prep or storage areas. You can also switch the built-in convection fan between 2 modes, cool and cook, and 2 speeds, high and low. This gives you control over the oven's functioning so that it's always operating in the best manner for your tried-and-true or experimental recipes. Reaching temperatures from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, this oven operates with an electric automatic thermostat for reliable precision.

The 2 independent glass doors with steel handles allow for visibility while closed, giving you the ability to check on dishes without releasing hot air and reducing the chamber temperature. When the oven doors are open while it's on, the burners and fan will shut off until the doors are closed. Both the exterior and interior of the oven are built with stainless steel to offer maximum durability while the floor is made of porcelain. To visually monitor your dishes as they cook or bake, just flip on the light controlled on the exterior control panel. This unit requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation, but the unit can be converted to 1 phase.

    Not much to say, I bought the oven, it worked great for 26 days, and after those 26 days, it started failing. The over came to temperature, and then it won't heat anymore. Lamps and indicators looked normal, but the oven didn't heat. Sometimes it started again by pushing or banging the door, opening and closing again, and hoping it would start. Completely unpredictable, not for a restaurant that depends 90% on their ovens.

    The oven worked well for a year and a half, then stopped heating (the vent and lights continue working), following the manual I removed the control panel to access a reset button, it has just the sign and the button base but there is no button (see pic attached). Contacted webstaurant store who referred me to the manufacturer (they don't have a customer service telephone line), emailed them and they referred me to the "commercial food equipment association" to find a technical service near my location, they don't recommend or have a certified service. Long story short my purchase is useless after a year and a half.
