How do you write a review on a product that was never received! Ward Transportation who is the carrier has my double oven in there warehouse since June 5th and although I requested to pick up my package I have not heard from them for the pickup location. I had to reschedule my soft opening from June 10th to the 15th and now to July 1st. I am so frustrated that this carrier is allowed to keep my oven in a location that is only 1 hour from my bakery location and not reply to customer request for pickup. Webstaurant has been a disappointment on what should have been an exciting day for my small family business.

Webstaurant needs to give more assistance, placing expensive orders like this. I was on the phone multiple times getting this order placed and did not know the difference in the 208 vs the 240. No assistance just caused me another week delay in opening our bakery and $4000.

"Caution Hot" on the front is not there for looks. :) Cook time has improved and we are satisfied with the overall performance. It is quite heavy and the 2 pallets came double stacked, so even though we paid for the lift gate delivery we still had to find a way to down stack them by hand. That is almost 500 lbs and took 5 guys to accomplish.

This thing is heavy. If you buy, add the casters, and have before you install oven. Otherwise you will never be able to move the oven again.
