The Cleveland 22CET6.1 SteamChef 6 electric six pan countertop steamer is designed to easily steam foods without wasting unnecessary water or energy! Perfect for batch cooking, this unit can hold up to (6) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" steam table pans. From fish and seafood to vegetables and rice, this steamer will greatly reduce your workload in the kitchen while delivering a delicious final product.

The patented KleanShield™ design will collect any waste collected through condensation and flush it out of the cooking cabinet. This not only helps keep your cabinet clean and makes it easier to maintain, it also helps eliminate the potential for impurities and for cross-contamination to occur. When cooking starches the shield also prevents the occurrence of foaming, which otherwise could interfere with proper cooking.

Remove all guesswork and improve both speed and accuracy with the SureCook compartment controls. The timer automatically adjusts the cooking time based upon the volume of product that is currently being cooked. This feature both ensures that you are getting optimal heating as well as greatly reduces water and electrical usage. This component is part of what makes this unit Energy Star certified and an environmentally friendly choice for steaming. A convection fan will provide constantly circulating steam and air, so that you won't experience any cool spots in the cabinet or in your food. Automatic water level controls eliminate the need for constant monitoring and refilling. Made of durable 14 gauge stainless steel, this steamer is designed to hold up to the wear and tear found in a busy commercial kitchen. A two-piece compartment door with a free floating inner door prevents leaks and is self adjustable. This design also helps reduce heat transfer to the outer door, making it cool to the touch during operation. The gasket found on the door is easily reversible, thus doubling its lifespan. As opposed to some steamers, there is never any need to delime the heating element as it is completely encased in a solid aluminum block. This unit requires a 208V electrical connection, and 3/4" water connection for operation.
