Choice Full Size 1 1/4" Deep Anti-Jam Perforated Stainless Steel Steam Table / Hotel Pan - 24 Gauge

I use these perforated pans in conjunction with 6" deep full size spillage pans in a Kratky hydroponic system I set up right outside my kitchen. The perforated pan is used to hold grow media (such as coco coir) and seeds. See my images for the set-up. With this set up, the seeds do not have to germinate in separate small seed pods. The grow media is always kept moist and saturated with nutrient. The plant can get everything it needs from germination to mature stage. I have successfully grown hard to get herbs such as amaranth and ocimum basilicum.

Cheaper than the brand name counterpart and does the job just the same. I use this for a small batch of sauces or holding hot sauces in the steam warmer.

Great quality steam pans. We were worried these would not be durable but they are surprisingly heavy duty and definitely worth the purchase price. Will buy again.

Ok.... So NOT every pan can fit into every space THAT A DESCRIPTION SAYS IT WILL (measurements). Assuming that pans/prep tables-cold or hot would be universal in size/build is my fault. Which is why I gave this product a 4 star. My rating has nothing to do with the product itself. I looked at a chart to find out what sized pans would go into certain spaces and ordered based on that. But what I did find out was that every pan is shaped just a little different... So this pan didnt fit by about 1/8 of an inch due to a little bump out ... I tried to force it... Didn't work. But, This item is heavy duty, quality gauge metal. I'm sure that I will find something to do with it...just not in my sandwich prep table.

We bought a lot of these pans and they are perfect for what we need them for. We have used them daily and they are still holding up well.

These Choice Stainless Steel Steam Table Trays were perfect for us to me Spaetzle with . I can see us using it for steaming vegetables as well. Overall - great quality for a great price!

These do not fit on a bakers rack, but they are the perfect sized pans to make a 13 x 9 recipe in. You can bake and serve from these pans.

These hotel pans are a great value! We use them from the oven to a warmer and it really cuts down on dishes as we don’t have to change the container.

We ordered these to go with our ServIt 3 pan steam table. The lips cover enough that you don't have gaping parts on the corners. Nice quality.

Purchased to replace worn pans for a salad bar. These hold up very well to repeated daily use and cleaning and stay looking great long after they are purchased. Would purchase again.

I purchased 3 of the 1/3 Stainless Steel inserts for the 8Qt Economy Choice Chafer..it was great to prepare 3 different vegetables and place them in the Chafer and keep them all warm at the same time..This is the absolute best deal I have ever bought..wish I had found this site years ago..would have saved me loads of hard work..I reccommend that anyone that entertains at least 2 a year for a large group purchase the 8Qt Economy Chafer (Choice) and get the smaller inserts also. You won't be sorry.

Quality metal that we use as a ice scoop bin. It takes bumps and bangs well but not indestructible. Condensation does appear on the outside but placing a rag underneath helps with banging noise and water drips.

Hotel Pan is sturdy, corrosion-resistant, and great for serving smaller portions. It ensures even heat retention and is stackable for easy storage. Simple to clean, it's perfect for restaurants, catering, and buffets.

Good stainless steel 1/3 size pans, but they are not anti-jam as it came in the box, jammed. We tried everything and struggled very hard to get the pans seperated and ended up damaging a few.

These 1/3 Size 4inches Hotel Pan are so strong and very helpful, first time I bought 3 and now I'm thinking to purchase more, it has an excellent finished. Video review in spanish for hispanic speakers.

Much better than then disposable pans and very close in cost. Used these for my sons graduation party 4 years ago and now use them regularly when entertaining at home. Not sure how I managed before when cooking and serving large crowds.

This steam table pan is the right tool for the job. It doesn't jam, its easy to remove and install, and it cleans easily. This is the right pan for the job.
