I use these perforated pans in conjunction with 6" deep full size spillage pans in a Kratky hydroponic system I set up right outside my kitchen. The perforated pan is used to hold grow media (such as coco coir) and seeds. See my images for the set-up. With this set up, the seeds do not have to germinate in separate small seed pods. The grow media is always kept moist and saturated with nutrient. The plant can get everything it needs from germination to mature stage. I have successfully grown hard to get herbs such as amaranth and ocimum basilicum.

These Choice Stainless Steel Steam Table Trays were perfect for us to me Spaetzle with . I can see us using it for steaming vegetables as well. Overall - great quality for a great price!

This half sized pan comes in handy at the restaurant. Because it is stainless steel it is easy to care for, durable, and will stack without sticking to other pans stacked with it which lends itself to a more efficient kitchen.

We use the full size perforated pan as a dump station for churros. It fits perfectly under the full size deep pan.

The way the side edgings of the pan are constructed are great for making sure it doesn't jam inside the table. Jams sometime occur with the other pans when they're side by side but not these! Great steel construction.

This pan is great for kitchen use. It is stainless steel, so it is dishwasher safe. It keeps hot food hot, so works really well.

I was looking for some ans for my smoker. I have found them. These work great for pulled pork, beef and chicken.I never have to worry about a collapsing foil pan.

These pans pair well with the racks at the bottom, and are large enough to still keep a good amount of food on top of the racks for guests to select.

We use the 4" perforated stainless steel steam table pan when we cook our meatloaf. The grease just drips through into a sold 1/2 size steam pan. Works great..

I used this pan to steam set yarn after dying.It works perfectly. The holes let the steam through and the heat sets the colors quickly.

Love these steam table pans. Pretty good thickness, holds up to heavier items but allows you to steam things that need to be flat. Good construction and I like that this one has sides.

Great sturdy pan that fit perfectly into our 4" deep hotel pans. The only challenge has been cleaning the holes, but other then that it's perfect for our needs.

I use these for draining macaroni and storing it until ready to use. The size works great for larger batches. I can simply pull the pan and let it drain while working on other item until ready to use.
