Perfect for virtually all cooking and baking applications, this Cooking Performance Group FEC-100-C single deck full size electric convection oven is an invaluable asset to any commercial kitchen. It features a temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and is powered by a 11 kW heater and built-in convection fan. The fan circulates the heat throughout the cooking chamber for even distribution. The fan is also adjustable between 2 modes, cook and cool down, and 2 speeds, high and low. This gives you control over the oven's functioning so that it's always operating in the best manner for your tried-and-true or experimental recipes!

The interior of the oven is made with porcelain sides and floor for easy cleaning. It also includes 3 adjustable wire racks, which can be moved into 11 different positions to best suit your menu. Two independent glass doors feature Bakelite handles to provide comfortable heat resistance and to provide visibility while closed. This gives you the ability to check on dishes without releasing hot air and reducing the chamber temperature. This particular oven requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.

    Once the oven was turned on, it became clear that there was an issue with the seal on the side of the oven. Needless to say, my whole kitchen filled up with smoke due to it being the first time it was turned on and the seal issue. Temp doesn’t seem to match up with the oven thermometer I was using, either.

    I bought this oven for my shared commercial kitchen. It kept shutting off or dropping temp randomly, ruining my member's products. Sometimes it would do fine, other times it would not. I started the warranty process, and they sent out three different people to replace parts on the oven over time. Finally (right before the year warranty was up) they sent a new oven. I have had it for a couple weeks, and this one is deciding to jump temp by 100 degrees. Again, sometimes it will do fine, other times it ruins products. I would NEVER recommend this oven to others as I have had two with bad results. I am now hoping to get my money back so I can put it into a different brand of oven.

    This was the single most disappointing piece of equipment I purchased for my bakery. The temperature needs constant monitoring and drops 50°F suddenly without opening the door so imagine after opening to place trays inside. The fan's lowest speed is too much for cupcakes, the all end up severely lopsided and unusable even with rotating. I have yet to find one thing that turns out well in this oven. Wishing I'd spent double for something better, even if it would be a smaller unit.

    This item is a little difficult with a lack of instructions. The unit comes with no wiring and requires an electrician to install a cord (not included) and connect to the inside of cabinet. The cabinet does not come off easily and there is no instructions on how to achieve this. Support for this brand is a little difficult to find but we were able to get it functioning after a few days.
