With a spacious freezer portion readily accessible through its two doors, the unit opens up to two shelves to help you organize your ingredients and best utilize the 11.2 cu. ft. interior. Plus, because they each accommodate up to 90 lb., the epoxy-coated steel shelves are well equipped for holding heavy bulk ingredients, from frozen broccoli and cauliflower to frozen pork chops.
This unit is designed for outstanding durability to ensure that it withstands tough, busy kitchen environments with ease. It features a 430 type stainless steel exterior, which provides both strength and a smooth, sleek appearance. The interior, made with 304 type stainless steel, also offers the durability necessary for heavy, regular use. Because of its undercounter design, the unit effortlessly adds frozen storage space beneath a pre-existing countertop and doesn't require additional space for its own footprint.
This freezer ensures optimal performance by operating with a 1/2 hp refrigeration system that circulates R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures from -8 to -1 degree Fahrenheit. R290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. The foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps to trap in the cold air and to prevent the ambient air from entering. This ensures that all food held in the unit remains at food safe temperatures and ready for preparation or direct service to customers!
Operation of the freezer is easy, thanks to its special features. Monitor it by consulting the interior wall-mounted thermometer, and use the auto-defrost feature on the pre-programmed digital controller to maintain the freezer in tip-top shape. At the end of the day, take advantage of the casters and roll the unit aside to thoroughly clean the area. This undercounter freezer requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

Products came with mild cosmetic damage on the inside from transport as the shelves on the inside were not 100% secure but webstaurant sorted us out with a quick credit. Unit works flawlessly 5 months now.

I am surprised how we love this freezer! For over three years, it has been a great addition to our bar and it is easy to move around to clean behind. (We have had some refrigerators or freezers that the wheels don't work well.) Definitely recommend.

bought this freezer almost 3 years ago and it has held up very well. Price is spot on for what you get. My only one slight complaint is the temperature indicator is on the back instead of the front. Unit runs very quiet..

Great freezer, good height and it sits on wheels so we can push it back and forth to clean behind it. Haven't had any issues and comes with a thermometer inside.
