3 - 4 Numi organic jasmine green tea bags
3 cups of hot water
5 - 6 cups of cool water
1/2 cup dried tapioca pearls
2 - 3 tbsp. honey
4 - 6 tbsp. milk
Bowl of ice water

Brew tea bags with 3 cups hot water. If you want a stronger tea flavor, use 4 bags. Steep. Bring 5-6 cups of water to boil, add tapioca pearls, and cook according to package directions. Transfer the cooked pearls to a bowl of ice water. Remove the tea bags and stir in 2-3 tbsp. of honey, depending on your desired level of sweetness. Let sit for 10 - 15 minutes until room temperature. Scoop 3-4 tbsp. of tapioca pearls into glass. Pour the tea over the pearls, add 2 tbsp. of milk, and stir. If you want a milkier tea, add another tbsp. of milk. Top with a few ice cubes and serve with wide tapioca straws.
