This is the best restroom cleaner I've ever used. We have tried several cleaners that were said to "dissolve calcium deposits on contact" and of course none of them ever did, even after prolonged soaking and scrubbing. This of course would put me in an awkward situation if clients start to notice buildup around the sink fixtures and drain. This stuff is the real deal, I've been able to not only remove build up caused by my old cleaning products not being up to par. But I have also been able to get years old buildup off left behind from the clients previous cleaners. When trying to remove old build up foam it on & let it soak 10 min come back and scrub it with a tooth brush for a few min rinse and repeat if necessary.
