The straw falls off the bottom of the pump easily causing you to have to fish around in your product for it. Wouldn't suggest using these pumps for liquid like snow cone syrup unless you want it all over the place.

Our first one broke within the first 24 hours of use which was disappointing but we got a replacement and that one worked out well.

Very easy to install and use
We use these with pure bleach - first ones we've found that the spring doesn't rust. Finally.
Unusable. the tube just falls into the syrup.

Great pump so far. Not as nice as the one that Hershey sells direct, but works well with their syrup.

We did have one of the pumps come in with a cracked top, it doesn't keep it from working but is uncomfortable on the hand.

We use these pumps for our milkshake bases that we also purchased from Websturant. We love using these hand pumps they are very convenient and much easier than pouring the milkshake bases into 2 oz cups.
