This unit comes with a 3/8" blade assembly, but can be converted to other sizes with compatible replacement blades (sold separately).

This is another nice slicer we bought from Webstaurant. On thicker chicken breast we have to cut the breast down the center with a knife so the slicer can handle it. We run the chicken through twice to dice it up. Perfect size for a pizza topping. We can dice up about 40 pounds of chicken in 10 to 15 minutes.

This chicken slicer is a must for an establishment that makes salads that require chicken slices. It is very easy to use: just put a chicken breast on the slice and press down the top part, this action will cause the chicken breast to pass through the blades and the slices will fall down. On average you can slice 8-12 chicken breasts per minute.
