I would not recommend this unit unless you have tried using one of these before. I ended up wasting money because of this unit. You should know. Webrestaurant does not accept returns on anything used. Even if you just tried it out and realized its not what you needed it to do. So after trying the unit out and being able to return I was stuck with the unit. I tried to get around using this item so I didn't waste it but ended up digging myself a bigger hole. I tried multiple different blades to get my lettuce cut the correct size and evenly. After trying the smallest square size we realized part of the lettuce will always be long since it goes downwards through the squares thus making the square blades pointless.
