Fill a serving glass full of ice. Pour 1 oz. Monin watermelon puree, 1 oz. Monin hibiscus flavoring syrup, 4 oz. rose wine, and 1 oz. margarita mix (prepared batch) into a blender cup. Add ice from serving glass, cap, and blend until smooth. Pour back into serving glass, add mint leaves and slice of watermelon to garnish, and serve.
