Monin Premium Cupcake Flavoring Syrup 1 Liter - 4/Case

I purchased this and the peppermint syrup in hopes of running a few holiday drink specials at our cafe but unfortunately, the gingerbread syrup had a weird taste (another review referred to it as chemical like and I agree). Monin products are usually delicious so I'll continue buying other flavors but won't repurchase this one.

They were delivered horribly shattered glass pieces. I was so scared that I took out a few of the tops and stopped taking them out because there were pieces of glass in my hands. I couldn't get a refund because I didn't know the flavor and threw it all along with the ones below. I learned this time that it is correct to throw away all the boxes containing pieces of glass, but I wasted my time with a messy customer service.

Ok, I'm not gonna sugar-coat it (this stuff's disgustingly sweet enough), this flavor's a train-wreck: Having just had cookie-butter for the first time right before I ordered this, I was excited to get that flavor in my lattes.. I try to find redeeming qualities in these flavored syrups since they can't always quite hit the mark, and can be understanding when something just doesn't taste quite as expected, but I can't lie to you: this flavor is BAD. At it's best it's vaguely short-bready and at it's worst it's completely overshadowed by them going overkill on what tastes like cinnamon that's painfully artificial; In short, this tastes as far away as it can from cookie-butter as it can without being a fruit-flavor. Now maybe I got unlucky a "bad-batch", maybe my expectations were too high for this one and the disappointment hurt, but I can't even think recommend this unless you're a fan of "bready, watered-down fireball whisky (without the heat) that's been drowned in sugar." Don't disregard Monin for this bad flavor, they're usually great, just don't buy this particular one.

The best rose syrup ever. If you like roses, you will like this one. It is mild, and will give your drinks and desserts an exotic floral flavor. I like to add a dash while making smoothies: you need very little, maybe 1 tablespoon for two glasses. This syrup also works well with strawberries and cream. Just lovely.

Label claims Ube with "Notes of Fig, Vanilla, and Cinnamon" but that's all we're picking up. Heavy fake sugary fig taste with an aftertaste resembling grape Koolade. There's no detectable Ube flavor at all. Does not compare to the Ube flavoring we've used before, which is a lot more difficult to use but has a desirable flavor. Also Monin glass bottles don't work with the small pumps compatible with Monin's plastic (and everyone else's glass) containers.

This white chocolate syrup is what we were looking for. It gives you the sweet white chocolate flavor with a thin enough texture to blend well with coffee beverages.

This tastes SO bad! The color looked promising after mixing it with milk. After only a few sips, it was impossible to drink any more. It tastes fake and synthetic. It has a chemical after taste. This is not real chai. Don't serve your customers this!

We've loved using this Maple Spice syrup for one of our fall latte specials. It's a little bit light (we use a tad more than some other syrups) but gives a really nice touch of maple flavor without being overpowering. We add a few dashes of cinnamon to each cup before pouring the latte which takes it up a notch, and has been a very popular drink! We'll definitely use it again next year!

This flavor is a hit with people looking for flavors that are out of the ordinary, it's delicious paired with peach or cantaloupe too. Works great as a soda or milk tea, the dairy cuts down the acidity.

I really like this energy syrup. I use it on my food truck for our iced coffees, Italian sodas, smoothies, & frappes. It doesn't have an overpowering flavor, which is huge, & I also like that it has "natural" energy, & that it doesn't have a crazy amount of caffeine. I'd totally recommend.

The Monin brand premium elderflower flavoring syrup is delicious! It's perfect for flavoring mocktails when you don't want to use an alcoholic elderflower liqueur. Also makes a delicious lemonade and coffee drinks too. Highly recommend. The flavor is great and it's not too floral or soapy at all. You don't need a lot to make it taste great. Will buy again!

This might be my favorite Fall flavored syrup. We have used it in espresso drinks and to make flavored whipped cream. It is sweet with a little spice.

First time trying this flavor and it is delicious! The flavor is very true to its name and represents the Monin brand well. We have used it in our hot coffee beverages and our cold brew coffees.

I bought 6 Monin flavors for a Bar Mitzvah (Organic Raspberry, Blue Curacao, Cherry, Lemon, Watermelon, and Pomegranate). I used the Raspberry and the Pomegranate for adult drinks (special concoctions with vodka and fresh cranberries, Cointreau, lemons/limes—lots of testing to make this work, and then the bartender did her thing to make it perfect). We made pitchers in advance but folks could pick and choose from the ingredients to create to their own preferences. Most stuck with the Signature Cocktail. I set up the rest of the Monin flavors at the kids' "bar," manned by one of the catering crew. The idea of a bunch of 10-14 year-olds pumping their own flavors made me nervous. By choosing a Monin syrup, you know the quality will not disappoint and this is true of the cherry syrup. The flavor is not overpowering when added to our drinks. A great choice for a low price.
