Each convection oven boasts 5.6 kW of heating power and a 2-speed bi-directional reversing fan system spreads heat throughout the entire oven, ensuring evenly cooked products. The large 5.7" LED backlit touch screen controls are easy to use, and the icon driven program menu makes it easy for your employees to choose an option.
