This Moffat Turbofan core temperature probe for E32, G32, E33, and E35 series convection ovens provides greater precision when cooking. When the core probe is attached to the control panel side on your convection oven, the timer and display reflects the core temp probe temperature setting and display. The completion of a product is then indicated once the core temp probe reaches the point to which you have set it.
