Keep your deep fryer's oil clean and debris-free to ensure the highest quality food products with this MirOil EZ Flow filter bag holder frame with filter bag! This item is designed to filter oil at frying temperatures or at lower bath water temperatures for added safety. It filters up to 100 lb. of oil at a time and includes a rugged, electropolished nickel-plated stainless steel filter bag holder that is easy to clean. It also features a durable, thin nylon polyethylene polymer filter bag that protects fryer oil from chemical leaching and is resistant to wear for efficient, safe filtering and long-lasting use. This item is designed for use with up to 100 lb. fryers (sold separately).

Made with a large filter area for faster filtering with or without a filter machine (sold separately), this filter assembly is designed to filter out heavy crumb loads and can also trap micron-size food particles. The removable filter bag is secured to the frame with heavy-duty popper snaps, is easy to clean by rinsing it with hot water, and is reusable for up to 1,000 fryers for savings that will add up! This robust filter assembly is ideal for commercial kitchen filtering conditions and is compatible with MirOil BD707 and 75HD portable fryer oil filter machines (sold separately). It will keep your deep fryer's oil clean and free of food debris chunks that reduce its quality over time, will reduce oil refills, and will extend the life of your equipment!
