This item is designed to filter oil at frying temperatures or at lower bath water temperatures for added safety. It filters up to 50 lb. of oil at a time and includes a rugged, electropolished nickel-plated stainless steel filter bag holder that is easy to clean. It also features a durable, thin nylon polyethylene polymer filter bag that protects fryer oil from chemical leaching and is resistant to wear for efficient, safe filtering and long-lasting use. This item is designed for use with up to 50 lb. fryers (sold separately).

Made with a large filter area for faster filtering with or without a filter machine (sold separately), this filter assembly is designed to trap micron-size food particles and is strong enough to filter out heavy crumb loads. The removable filter bag is secured to the frame with heavy-duty popper snaps, is easy to clean by rinsing it with hot water, and is reusable for up to 1,000 fryers for savings that will add up! This robust filter assembly is ideal for commercial kitchen filtering conditions and is compatible with select MirOil portable fryer oil filter machines, filter pots, and disposal equipment (sold separately).
