It filters up to 50 lb. of oil at a time and is made with durable, thin nylon polyethylene polymer that protects fryer oil from chemical leaching and is resistant to wear for efficient, safe filtering and long-lasting use. This item is designed for use with select MirOil portable fryer oil filter machines, filter pots, and up to 50 lb. fryers (sold separately).

Made with a large filter area for faster filtering, this item is designed to trap micron-size food particles and is strong enough to filter out heavy crumb loads. This filter is easy to clean by rinsing it with hot water and is reusable for up to 1,000 fryers for savings that will add up! This item is secured with heavy-duty popper snaps and is compatible with select MirOil filter bag holder frames (sold separately). This robust filter bag is ideal for commercial kitchen filtering conditions.
