Featuring easyTouch controls, this intuitive oven removes any guesswork from the cooking process. A full-colored 4 5/16" display conveniently sits on the front of each oven, allowing you to change the temperature and cook times with the touch of a button. This display also shows up to 8 preset recipes and can save any other programmed settings, making the process easier and faster for you when you cook next. To ensure that the settings are not accidentally or intentionally altered, they automatically lock, promoting reliable product consistency.
Boasting 80,000 BTU of cooking power, a temperature range of 250-575 degrees Fahrenheit, and adjustable cooking times from 1-30 minutes, you can cook pizzas, lightly toast sandwiches, and bake everything in between on the spacious 56" long, flexible, bidirectional belts. Plus, the 28" long baking chamber and 3" opening size on each oven accommodate a variety of products. The 2 included take-off shelves provide an entry or exit point for your food items. For even more cooking efficiency, this unit is stackable with other 1100 series ovens (sold separately) up to 3 high, helping you increase your output within the same footprint!
Equipped with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, this unit is built for longevity. It's also built with the operator in mind, as the glass access door on each oven includes a cool-touch handle, so the user can safely retrieve finished products without concern. When it's time for cleaning and maintenance, the conveyor belts, doors, and impinger fingers are removable, while the equipment stand that comes with this package can be used to move your unit around the kitchen with ease.

Can I stack a Lincoln oven on top of another oven?
Yes, however, Lincoln ovens are only meant to be stacked with other Lincoln ovens. Under no circumstances should Lincoln ovens be used in a stacking configuration with other oven brands nor should Lincoln DCTI models be stacked more than 2 units high. Please refer to the operation manual in the resource section for more stacking guidelines.
Is this oven ventless?
This oven is not ventless; please refer to the operator's manual for more information regarding ventilation requirements.
My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation.
