Between 1 and 30 minutes, the oven cooks food by passing it along a 56" long, flexible conveyor belt, which operates in a right to left direction. As it moves, the conveyor passes by impingement fingers that distribute jets of hot air toward the food for quick and precise cooking. It boasts 10,000W of power, and the temperature can be adjusted between 250 and 575 degrees Fahrenheit to best suit your array of menu options. A 3" opening size accommodates a variety of products.
Operating the oven is made simple with its intuitive, easyTouch digital controls. Not only do they provide you with impressive precision, but they are mounted to the lower front of the unit where they're always easy to access and adjust. These controls include 8 preset recipes and allow you to adjust and save cook times and temperatures, bringing convenience and efficiency to your cooking. Plus, the settings can be locked, preventing accidental changes during use. A 4 5/16" easy-to-read, full-color display shows the time and temperature, so monitoring the progress of your food is a breeze. For even more cooking efficiency, this unit is stackable with other 1100 series ovens (sold separately) up to 3 high, helping you increase your output within the same footprint! Add the stacking accessory kit with equipment stand and shelf or the counter mount stand (both sold separately) to complete your oven setup. A 208V, 3 phase electrical connection is required for operation.
