Quickly cook with precision using the Lincoln Impinger II 1100 series double stacked electric conveyor oven! Designed for stacking, this 2-oven unit is perfect for busy operations tight on space. In 1-30 minutes, each oven cooks food by passing it along a 56" long, flexible conveyor belt, which operates in a left to right direction. As it moves, the conveyor passes by impinger fingers that distribute jets of hot air toward the food for quick and precise cooking. It boasts 20,000W of power, and the temperature on each oven can be adjusted between 250 and 575 degrees Fahrenheit to suit your array of menu options. Each oven has a 3" opening size to accommodate a variety of products.
Operation is made simple with each oven's intuitive, easyTouch digital controls. Not only do they provide you with impressive precision, but they are mounted to the lower front of each unit where they're always easy to access and adjust. These controls include 8 preset recipes and allow you to adjust and save cook times and temperatures, bringing convenience and efficiency to your cooking. To ensure that the settings are not accidentally or intentionally altered, they automatically lock, promoting reliable product consistency. To promote proper maintenance and use, diagnostic messages are shown on each oven's 4 5/16" full-color display when service is required.
With FastBake technology, this unit delivers the same great cook as a standard oven, utilizing the same amount of energy to achieve better, faster results. For ample durability, both ovens feature a stainless steel top, front, and sides. Plus, a glass door is located on the front of each unit to allow you to access the 28" long chamber during use to insert, remove, or rearrange products. For your safety, the door handles are cool to the touch. Each oven's conveyor belt, door, and impinger fingers are removable to promote easy cleaning. For even more cooking efficiency, this unit is stackable with other 1100 series ovens (sold separately) up to 3 high, helping you increase your output within the same footprint! A 208V, 1 phase electrical connection per oven is required for operation.
This unit includes (2) 12" take-off straight shelves, which provide an entry or exit point for your food items. Thanks to the equipment stand with casters, you'll be able to move your unit around the kitchen with ease. Plus, the extra height allows you to move your unit to the floor and free up counterspace.
