Klein Tools IR1KIT Details

Equip your toolbox with this Klein Tools infrared thermometer with GFCI tester. This thermometer measures temperatures from -4 to 752 degrees Fahrenheit and -20 to 400 degrees Celsius, and it boasts a 10:1 distance-to-spot ratio. It also features a fixed emissivity of 0.95. It is easy to use by simply point its targeting laser on the area you wish to measure, pulling the trigger, and reading the measurement on the display. This efficient unit has a response rate of less than 0.25 seconds.

This tool has a backlit LCD display to easily see measurements. Its automatic hold function holds your data, while its auto power off function helps conserve and extend battery life. It also has a low battery indicator to indicate when the battery must be replaced. This unit has a durable plastic housing, and it is drop test rated for up to 6 1/2'. This thermometer comes with a 9V battery and a convenient storage pouch.

This model comes with a GFCI outlet tester, which detects the most common wiring problems in standard and GFCI receptacles. This tester works on GFCI outlets and confirms operation of the ground fault protective device. It includes a convenient chart to help determine the wiring condition in the outlet. This unit is drop test rated for up to 6 1/2', and it has an operating temperature of 32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
