This professional thermometer uses IR emission to measure surface temperature and a standard K-type probe to measure bulk temperatures of air, gas, or liquids. It measures temperatures from -40 to 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit and -40 to 650 degrees Celsius, and it boasts a 20:1 distance-to-spot ratio. Its dual Class II targeting lasers offer more accurate determination of the area being tested. This model also features an adjustable emissivity from 0.1 to 1.0 for flexible use in different applications.

This efficient unit has a response rate of less than 150 milliseconds. Its backlit LCD display makes it easy to see measurements, even in low-light conditions. This tool has minimum / maximum, difference, and average calculation modes. Plus, it allows you to select high and low limits with audible and visual alarms when limits are breached.

This unit features soft-touch, over-molded plastic housing, and it is drop test rated for up to 9 13/16'. It is IP54 rated for dust and water resistance. This thermometer comes with a 9V battery, which provides up to 8 hours of continuous use with the laser and backlight on. An auto power off mode helps to conserve and extend the battery life. This tool comes complete with a convenient storage pouch.
