This pocket-size thermometer serves as a dual infrared (IR) thermometer and probe thermometer, and it easily toggles between Fahrenheit and Celsius. It measures temperatures from -40 to 572 degrees Fahrenheit and -40 to 300 degrees Celsius for both infrared and probe measurements. The IR thermometer measures surface temperature with an 8:1 distance-to-spot ratio, while the probe accurately measures air, liquid, and surface temperatures. The probe has a hands-free hook for indoor air quality measurements.

This tool has a backlit LCD display, making it easy to see your measurements. It boasts maximum / minimum, hold, auto power off, and low battery functions. For additional convenience, it includes a laser to target infrared measurements. This thermometer quickly calculates differential temperature for both infrared and probe temperatures. It has a response rate of under 500 milliseconds for the infrared thermometer and under 20 seconds for the probe.

This durable tool is made of plastic with a stainless steel probe. It has an easy-open probe with a nub to prevent temperature transfer while opening. It is IP54 rated for dust and water resistance, and its probe is FDA GRAS compliant. Plus, it is drop tested from up to 6 1/2' high for long-lasting durability. This thermometer comes with (2) AAA batteries and a convenient carrying case with a belt loop.
