The best in the price range, except for the safety shield... The machine is fantastic, it's got a really powerful motor, and it's quiet. However, for a commercial machine, I think whoever designed the safety basket around the top has never worked in food service. The fact that there's no quick release mechanism to clean and sanitize it, or to override using the basket when you have to turn it on and off a lot as some recipes require, was clearly not thought out very well at all. As a result, I have had to remove it completely, so I paid for a completely useless part.

Bought this to replace a 6Qt. Much needed professional commercial quality and power. Didn't get much use of the bowl guard as it gets in the way and does not allow the machine to run while adding ingredients as a safety measure.

The shipment cane 5/3/2024. I try to stir 1lb dough but I am cery disappointed with commercial kitchen aid mixer. It is not described in their website. They said that 500 watt and 1-3/10HP but it is not true. It is very weak. The price is so expensive than another brand. It is not commercail and household. It is unable to stir 1lb dough. Web restaurant and Kitchen aid not acceptable for return. It is so funny. I can't use. I will never buy Kitchen aid again. Don't believe Kitchen aid and Web restaurant. They just sale and they care the customers. No star if I can.

The hook become very hot and unusable for dough mixing. I don't know it's a KitchenAid problem or wrong description on the website but we have unusable mixer and we can't even return back because of website policy. My last purchase here.

I would highly recommend this product for high production volume. It saves time especially during the Christmas baking fruit cakes and Easter baking Hot Cross Buns Very reliable and sturdy. A great Investment

This mixer and brand has let me down time and time again. I have a kitchenaid graveyard in my basement but kept buying more because I have the attachments and bowls that won’t fit other brands. The engine burns out, the mechanism starts to wobble. I’m so disappointed in the kitchenaid customer service too. At one point I sent one back for repair and it cost far more than it should have and broke again shortly afterwards. Go for something else.

Love this mixer! It meets my needs to be able to handle multiple loaves of bread dough at a time. My goal was to do more than 2 loaves at a time & my 1st batch I did 4 loaves. My older mixer could only do 2 loaves at a time & it struggled with that. This 1 didn’t show any signs of slowing down. The dough hook is quite a bit larger and it seems to do the job well! I was also only able to do 10 hamburger buns at a time in my older one I did 30 buns in this one without any issues!

Dead on Arrival. Guard won't allow the switch to move and the switch won't let the guard move. Webstaurant refuses to refund. Avoid Webstaurant!

Great mixer! I actually own 3 of them now. They do a great job but do need regular maintenance. This specific model includes the guard which can be a pain sometimes and will only run when the guard is in place.

This is a good countertop mixer, as are most KitchenAid ones are. With this 8 Qt. size I can do about a quadrupled batch of my cookie dough. My only complaints would be that I don't like how the top (or head) doesn't tilt back. so it makes it a little harder to scrape around the bowl. Also, there are a lot of little nooks and crannies that are hard to clean.

The mixer itself works great and we have had no issues with performance. However, after only 4 months of use, the handle on the mixer bowl broke off. That seems like a very short life for what is supposed to be a commercial mixer designed for this type of use. Other than the bowl handle, no other complaints on this mixer.

I absolutely love this mixer! I have several kitchenaid mixers and this mixer is a beast. I make icing and can even mix up to 6 cake mixes in it at a single time.

We use this for many things, from cream cheese frosting to our house italian dressing to shredding potatoes for potato pancakes. It is fantastic quality and very versatile.

I have been saving for two years for this as I just bake for fun. I call this my midlife crisis as I have wanted an upgrade from my professional 6Quart. This machine has been awesome. I was able to make a triple brownie batch three times over in the same amount of time as a single batch in my old mixer. The powerful motor just plowed right through my thick batter. Nice, quieter than my old one and much more powerful. Plus the attachments are made heavy duty. Seriously, best baking buy I have ever made.

Absolutely fantastic product with this mixer. Commercial quality that you can use pretty much anywhere with a huge bowl that makes dozens and dozens of cookies at holiday time!

Absolutely love my mixer! I have a standard one at home but this commercial one can really withstand the heavy stuff! I get a lot of compliments on the red color!!

what a great kitchen aid, i got 2 of them and they are very powerful and do the job if you have a small business.

work good and we've had a lot of fun working with it. It is perfect to do dessert. Performed really quite well and the unusual red color looks good with our other items in the kitchen. We've always been pleased with our purchases from this site.
