In addition to its fast operation, this unit is efficient with a minimum of meat remaining in the cylinder.

This meat chopper offers unbeatable ease of cleaning and sanitation. In fact, all parts which contact food are easily accessible and readily removable for convenient cleaning without the use of tools. Measure the square hole in your plate or knife. A standard #12 hub fits plates and knives with a 9/16" square hole, while a standard #22 hub fits plates and knives with a 3/4" square hole.
