With this Hobart 4812-38 #12 meat chopper, you can easily create your own signature sausage, ground beef, ground venison, and more for your deli or diner. Thanks to its 1/2 hp motor, this unit is capable of grinding 8-10 lb. of meat per minute through its 1/8" plate at 174 RPM for fast, uniform results every time. Plus, the manual ON/OFF switch allows for simple, yet efficient functionality.
Featuring a spiral-flute chopping end, this unit is specifically timed to create the finest and cleanest cutting action available. It includes a plastic feed stomper to prevent food backup in the chute and help keep your kitchen running smoothly. This meat chopper offers unbeatable ease of cleaning and sanitation. In fact, all parts which contact food are easily accessible and readily removable for convenient cleaning without the use of tools. The exterior stainless steel housing and legs allow for a quick and easy wipe down so that you can be sure your meat grinder is cleaned properly after each use.
