Hobart 4246-2 Details
Boasting a 140 lb. meat capacity, the Hobart 4246-2 # 32 meat grinder / mixer is perfect for heavy duty meat prep! This stainless steel grinder / mixer can grind 55 to 60 lb. of fresh boneless beef per minute through a 1/8" plate, and 60 to 65 lb. of pork per minute through a 3/16" plate (plates sold separately). Its exclusive wedge cylinder grinding end ensures full rate feeding for the entire meat batch. The grinding end is sized for use with # 32 knives and plates (sold separately).
To deliver fast results every time, this machine is powered by two separate drive systems: a 7 1/2 H.P. grind motor and a 1 H.P. mix motor.. For safety, both drive systems simultaneously stop when the Stop switch is depressed.
For ease of cleaning and sanitation, this unit's mixing arm, conveyor screw, cylinder, and conveyor screw drive shaft are all easily accessible and readily removable. For added convenience, this unit features up-front, easy to reach controls and an easily converted hopper lid for right or left side loading. Its grinder hopper is constructed of glass bead finished stainless steel for added durability. The Hobart 4246-2 # 32 meat grinder / mixer requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection.
