Also, the tray and basket handles attach to the fryer to keep hands away from hot oil and product.
Intuitive Interface
Integrated with advanced software, the Computron 1000 offers an easy-to-control interface to streamline the cook process no matter the product. On the front of the device, there is an LED display that reads both time and temperature. With the simple up and down arrows, you'll be able to set time and temperature easily. It also remembers the last cook setting if you need to immediately do it again! This unit requires a three phase 208V connection to operate.
Extends Oil Life
No separate pumps and pans are required with this electric pressure fryer. No handling of hot oil is required. The life of the frying oil is extended thanks to the built-in filtration system. This improves product quality and reduces overall oil costs.
