This Garland MCO-GS-20S natural gas double deck standard depth convection oven combines superior power with ample interior baking space! The MCO-GS-20S has a porcelain interior with coved corners and a stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs. The oven has Master 200 solid state analog controls and a temperature range of 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit. The MCO-GS-20S has an electromechanical timer and a 3/4 hp fan motor with dual-speed fan control.
Both the auto-setback feature, which cools the oven down to 250 degrees Fahrenheit after 30 minutes of inactivity, and the auto-cool down feature, which cools down the oven cavity before shutting it off, thus prolonging fan life, are standard on the MCO-GS-20S.
In addition to these great energy-saving features, the MCO-GS-20S has a 60/40 dependent door design with double pane, thermal windows and indoor lighting. 12 chrome-plated oven racks and 13-position rack guides are included.

Fantastic ovens, I purchased 4 of these. They run very well and cook evenly. We used 3 for baking and 1 for savory food items, roasting, etc. Easy to use controls and cleaning is a snap.

The unit showed up with a damaged electrical chord, that was replaced by my own people. The oven doors do not seal on the sides so heat escapes. The oven does not cook evenly. The panel where the controls are in, is loose with no way to tighten it. Very cheap oven. This is the worst Garland product I have ever used in 36 years and the worst new oven I have ever purchased. DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN

We have purchased 3 of these ovens and of the 3 only 1 has not had problems. As stated with the other review the items are very cheap and not well put together. If you purchase one of these expect it to have electrical issues. 2 of the 3 we have purchased have had to be warranty repaired due to them just randomly turning off. The units will display they are on then when you go to pull out whatever you have been cooking you come to find that the oven decides to turn off randomly. Dealing with their warranty team is also not an enjoyable process for some reason on their end all the warranty's state they are expired even though they come with a 2-year factory warranty and we took delivery of them in January of 2023. All in all I highly advise you to purchase a different model if you are able to.
