These were re-ordered after we were informed by Webstaurant and the Manufacturer the ones we previously ordered were defective. We were supposed to get issued a return authorization for those 4 defective units but only received one and that was only after numerous emails. Now I'm being told my return authorization doesn't exist and they can't find it even though I've emailed them a copy of the shipping label they issued. This is the customer service you receive from Webstaurant when something is defective. Extremely dissatisfied with Webstaurant's handling of this situation. They were defective units, identified as such by the factory, but Webstaurant won't stand behind their products apparenlty
