This display case utilizes innovative Halo Heat technology on the bottom heaters for precise, evenly distributed heat throughout the cabinet interior without the use of hot elements or fans. It also includes top ceramic heaters to help prevent food from drying out. With independently controlled, adjustable heat zones, you can easily customize the temperature settings to suit your specific needs. This model has 2 heat zones, each with heat-on indicator lights and independent top and bottom thermostats that can be adjusted from a 1-10 range. It also features a black-colored panel and includes a work shelf and 10" deep cutting board on the operator's side for added convenience!
The versatile design of this display case allows it to accommodate a variety of pan sizes and configurations, making it perfect for showcasing a wide range of menu items in bakeries, delis, and cafeterias. For example, this 48" model has 3 pan zones and can fit 3 full-size hotel pans, 3 GN 1/1 pans, or 2 full-size sheet pans and has a 48 lb. weight capacity. It also includes 4 long pan dividers, (3) 2 5/16" wide short pan dividers, and (9) 1" wide short pan dividers. The bright, long-lasting overhead LED lighting provides excellent product visibility, enticing customers to make a purchase. Plus, the self-supported, lifting glass front and removable mirrored glass sliding back doors and glass sides allow for easy access to your food items while maintaining a visually appealing display.
This unit has multiple access points for staff to serve customers efficiently. While its countertop design includes 4" legs with rubber feet, making it easy to place where it's needed most, stationary and mobile bases can also be purchased for added versatility. Additionally, this display case features a waterless design, making it easy to install and operate without the need for additional plumbing.
