It also has automatic shut-down capabilities to protect against overheating and features a timer function as well.
Thanks to its stainless steel construction, which is highly durable and heat retaining, this griddle is also easy to clean and features a splash guard to catch splatters. Its nonstick surface means you won't have to deal with residual food sticking to the cooktop, while the lack of an open flame makes this a safer griddling option. It also comes with a removable air filter that is washable and reusable, as well as a spatula and stainless steel sponge to get you started. The legs on this unit are adjustable, too.
