It also has automatic shut-down capabilities to protect against overheating and features a timer function as well.
Thanks to its SCHOTT CERAN® glass top, which is highly durable and heat retaining, this wok range is also easy to clean. Its cool-touch surface means you won't have to deal with residual food sticking to the cooktop, while the lack of an open flame makes this a safer wok option. It also comes with a removable air filter that is washable and reusable. The legs on this unit are adjustable, too.
