This range utilizes real time temperature control system, or RTCSmp, technology to automatically compensate for even minor temperature changes on the cooking surface, allowing for accurate control and better cooking results. With warm-holding capabilities from 77 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit, use this range to cook sauces, soups, stir-fry, scallops, or eggs to the perfect temperature. Two separately controlled temperature zones with intuitive knob operations and 12 different power levels allow you to cook two different products of varying temperatures at the same time. Because this unit uses induction technology, you will enjoy more even heat distribution and energy efficiency. It also has automatic shut-down capabilities to protect against overheating and features a timer function as well.
Thanks to its SCHOTT CERAN® glass top, which is highly durable and heat retaining, this range is also easy to clean. Its cool-touch surface means you won't have to deal with residual food sticking to the cooktop, while the lack of an open flame makes this a safer range option. It also comes with a removable air filter that is washable and reusable. Additionally, an automatic pan detection feature allows this range to adjust the operating frequency to accommodate the quality of the pan being used, which helps protect against damage to pots and pans. The legs on this unit are adjustable, too. Reduce energy waste in your kitchen with this advanced and innovative range that is sure to deliver delicious, perfectly cooked results.
