The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

Product Class 1 (5 ozf or less) – Max Flow Rate: 1 GPM
Product Class 2 (5.01 - 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.2 GPM
Product Class 3 (over 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.28 GPM

How do I use a wall bracket to stabilize a pre-rinse faucet?

Pre-rinse faucets with a riser may include a wall bracket to help use the wall for added stability. Pre-rinse faucets without a riser will generally not include or need a wall bracket.

If your unit comes with a bracket, or you plan on adding one, the bracket can be installed at whatever height you prefer, but to be effective it should be placed far enough above the base so as to inhibit movement to the riser – placing too close to the base may make it ineffective.

If you intend to use a wall bracket, consider potential concerns with the installation location, such as shelving or windows behind the faucet, that might limit where you can place the bracket.

How is the pre-rinse hose length measured?

Unless otherwise specified, the quoted hose length includes any grips or connectors at the end of the hose, so the actual working length of the hose may be slightly less than described. Please refer to the product's specsheet for more detailed dimensions.

I have a chemical injection system on my compartment sink. Can I use my pre-rinse faucet to supply water to it?

Very nice and powerful faucet and sprayer, my teen son assembled and installed it. We had to do some adjustments (about 4 times) until we got it all running leak free. Make sure you buy the hose kit for the back, we didn't when I first ordered the sink and faucet, so I had to wait until I ordered it. It really was a breeze to install considering it was just my teen son and I installing it. The only thing in hind site I could say I would do different is... maybe pick one that the faucet wouldn't stick quite so far out. But over all I am very happy.

This has been a solid faucet for the most part. We've had it for around 5 years now and we've had to do a decent bit of maintenance, which is to be expected, but I have a few notes that are worthwhile on the maintenance side of things. 1.) We've had to replace the cartridges twice so far. At a decent price they're both more expensive than other similar cartridges by a factor of 3, but also, we've essentially now purchase a whole new faucet simply by purchasing 2 rounds of cartridges for it. We also had to replace the spray head, which wasn't too cost prohibitive. It feels a bit frustrating to essentially purchase multiple units over the course of its lifespan. 5 years is a decent amount of time in a commercial setting, so I'm not upset at having to do maintenance, but having it be affordable would be great.
