This Equip by T&S 5PR-8W18 wall mounted pre-rinse faucet features a 44" flex hose and spring design that provides plenty of versatility in a variety of warewashing applications! A 1.15 GPM spray valve makes it easy to clear food debris off of dishes before washing them, and an ergonomic squeeze handle allows easy and intuitive use. Additionally, an 18 1/8" add-on swing faucet makes your sink even more versatile, allowing you to switch between the pre-rinse setup and normal faucet depending on what you need! To make installation easy, it also boasts in-line check valves and 1/2" NPT female inlets on 8" adjustable centers.

Lever handles with color coded screws are ideal for durability and easy operation, and the ceramic cartridges provide excellent durability and leak resistance since there is no seat washer. This faucet includes a wall bracket for added support, as well as in-line check valves. Its chrome plated brass construction makes it durable for use in commercial environments.

A: The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

Product Class 1 (5 ozf or less) – Max Flow Rate: 1 GPM
Product Class 2 (5.01 - 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.2 GPM
Product Class 3 (over 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.28 GPM

These regulations do not impact spray valves made before January 28, 2019, and are implemented by the US Department of Energy in an effort to improve energy conservation.

    I needed the 18 inch neck to reach my large 3 sink. This price was unbeatable! Unless you need the 18 inch neck you can the exact same but with a 12 or 14 inch for less.

    Very well built faucet. If I could change anything, I would have bought one with a shorter nozzle. Other than that, my only problem is with the stiffness of the coils protecting the sprayer. Makes it a little difficult to use sprayer.
