We have a catering company that's just getting it's feet off the ground and for our first event, we used this cleaver to chop up Jamaican Jerk Chicken. Worked really well for prep and while cooking. When it was time to use it a third time for the review, it gave a little resistance which leads me to believe I'll have to replace it sooner than I'd like. Overall, it's a great buy for the price point.
