Details

Treat your customers to the aroma of freshly baked homestyle cookies with David's Cookies preformed dairy-free sugar cookie dough. This cookie dough is made with fresh ingredients and a time-tested recipe so your guests will think it is made from scratch! Fresh flour, sugar, and eggs combine to create the base of this cookie dough for a pure, homemade taste. These sugar cookies can be served as a dessert at catered events, church functions, or school bake sales. Plus, these dairy-free and nut-free cookies are an accessible option to serve at concession stands!

Preformed cookie dough is designed to make the baking process as easy and efficient as possible. With 320 portions per case, this dough comes preformed in 1 oz. dough balls to make mini cookies for your guests. The frozen dough can be baked immediately or stored frozen for up to a year. When you're ready to bake, simply line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add your cookie dough, place the baking sheet in the oven, and bake the cookies at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 11 minutes in a convection oven or at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 11 minutes in a conventional oven. For an even bake, rotate your baking sheet halfway through the baking time for uniform, perfectly baked cookies.

Thanks to his passion for cookies and baked goods, David Liederman, a classically trained French chef working in New York, started the first David's Cookies store in Manhattan in 1979. With a desire to sell premium quality fresh baked cookies, David's Cookies developed the ultimate Chocolate Chunk cookie. As the company grew and more stores opened, business thrived into the late 1980s. Today, the David's Cookie brand has expanded to serve the foodservice industry with gourmet flavors of frozen cookie dough, brownies, crumb cakes, muffins, batters, and cheesecakes. A diverse line of dessert offerings, including gluten-free products, has allowed David's Cookies to stand out among the best in the industry with the versatility to serve all divisions from schools to upscale restaurants.
