With 213 portions per case, this dough comes preformed in 1.5 oz. dough balls to make medium sized cookies for your guests. The frozen dough can be baked immediately or stored frozen for up to a year. When you're ready to bake, simply line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add your cookie dough, place the baking sheet in the oven, and bake the cookies at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 13 minutes in a convection oven or at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 13 minutes in a conventional oven. For an even bake, rotate your baking sheet halfway through the baking time for uniform, perfectly baked cookies.

These are seriously the BEST oatmeal raisin cookies I have ever had. I admit, I have never been a fan of oatmeal raisin cookies, BUT these are dense, not too sweet, and are chewy without tasting like you are chewing gum.
