Fresh milk, flour, sugar, eggs, and butter are combined to create the base of this cookie dough for a pure, homemade taste. Classic peanut butter cookie dough topped with peanut butter chips creates flavorful peanut butter cookies that can be served as a dessert at catered events, church functions, or school bake sales. Plus, these cookies are a crowd favorite at concession stands!

Preformed cookie dough is designed to make the baking process as easy and efficient as possible. With 107 portions per case, this dough comes preformed in 3 oz. dough balls to make large sized cookies for your guests. The frozen dough can be baked immediately or stored frozen for up to a year. When you're ready to bake, simply line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add your cookie dough, place the baking sheet in the oven, and bake the cookies at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 13 to 14 minutes in a convection oven or at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 13 to 14 minutes in a conventional oven. For an even bake, rotate your baking sheet halfway through the baking time for uniform, perfectly baked cookies.

These are very good, and customers enjoy them. I only gave them a 4 out of 5 because of the way they are shipped. You do not actually get 107 cookies, you get A LOT LESS, due to them being broken and smashed at the bottom of the bag. You can still thaw them out and smoosh them together with other pieces, but they will not come out looking the same as the non-broken cookies. So, if you are selling these cookies keep that in mind, you will not get 107, and you will need to re-factor the price per cookie and the ridiculously high shipping cost, to figure out your selling price and if you'd make a profit, and keep in mind, people don't want to spend more than a dollar per cookie, when it's something they can make at home. These are things I have found out in my area.
