Convenient Controls

This unit comes with a remote control to easily adjust settings, a quick-select holding button, a knob to set the temperature, and the ability to set a timer. This unit is powered by both a digital and knob control, featuring 30 power levels and a temperature range of 90 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. It features two cooling fans and an aluminum mesh filter.

This induction cooker is compatible with induction-ready pans that have a bottom diameter between 4 3/4" and 10 1/4". The cooking surface is constructed of German SCHOTT CERAN® ceramic glass, and the stainless steel housing and feet make this unit exceptionally durable while also easy to clean.

Innovative Induction Technology

With its induction technology, this countertop range generates heat with no open flame. This means less ambient heat in your kitchen, fast heat-up times, and most importantly no open flame or flammable fuels that could be a potential safety hazard. This unit boasts 1900W of cooking power and requires 120V of electrical power for operation.

How to begin cooking with the temperature probe. Once you plug your unit in, place your induction-compatible cookware filled with food on the center of the induction plate. Next, push the knob to enter standby mode to begin cooking.

Activate probe mode by pressing the probe button. Use the knob to select the desired temperature, ranging from 90 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The selected temperature will flash on screen for 3 seconds, and for improved control, you can press the settings button to also select a power level from 1 to 30. The selected power level will also appear on the screen for 3 seconds. Now, you’re ready to use the temperature probe.

    The unit works great, but the template provided is not really accurate. The cord in the back sticks out further than it says, so the unit can not actually drop in to the slot that is to be cut out. The holes had to be widened in order to wiggle it in.
