    I had two of these ovens replace, and finally they refunded me my money because the pilot light won't stay lit with the convection fan on! A dozen service calls over the course of three ranges, and in the end, they refunded my money totally. A total piece of junk!

    About a week after installation, we were having a hard time getting the oven's pilot light to stay lit when using convection (the whole reason we bought this stove). Tech sent out, changed gas regulator. Same issue a week later, re-wired fan and said that factory had wired it wrong for a bigger oven. Same issue a week later, tech replicated the issue once but couldn't do it a second time in three minutes, emailed company saying that he couldn't replicate. I replicated with taking a video, sent to warranty company, they sent another tech two weeks later. That tech could replicate repeatedly, but couldn't come up with a solution. Said he'd email the manufacturer and get back to us. Received a message from warranty company following day asking if we'd like a replacement, clearly this unit was defective.     I would advise against this product. The oven cabinet is not sealed so the fan is consistently blowing out the flame. We cannot use this as a convection oven, only standard.
