Arrived in good condition. We used it on our food truck/kitchen that never leaves our venue. The stove works great. The oven pilot light immediately never stayed lit for more than 24 hours and ruined many batches of bread when it suddenly extinguished. Webstraunts and their warranty company will not cover warranty due to it being "used in a food truck" for more than 30 days after delivery. Ours sat for 1 month while we finished building. I'd recommend using a different equipment supplier for all your commercial kitchen equipment needs. Now we need to pay to fix a brand new product.

My initial concern when purchasing this stove was what condition it would be in when it arrived. I was very pleased that it was professionally crated and upon uncrating and installing the stove it was in perfect condition with one minor, but amusing issue. When I went to light the oven pilot, I couldn't get it to light after many tries. I finally stuck my finger in the pilot hole and immediately hit a metal barrier. I then disassembled the interior of the oven, lifting off the bottom plate. Low and behold the "V" shaped heat transfer shield had fallen off it's rail on one side and was blocking the pilot hole.
