How can I best maintain the non-stick qualities of this item?

The 3 pc; set is wonderful. I added a little oil & wiped out the excess. The 10" pan cooked my thick chops to a perfection, with sauteed mushrooms. The pots washed very excellent. From reading reviews a word of advice, do not stack them, the inside top will wear down. I put 2 layers of Bounty Paper Towels on each pan so i can stack them. After removing & restacking numerous times, the coating did not wear down. So if you are up to removing & replacing paper towels. I highly recommend this set. Next meal i will add a pic.
