Choice 20 oz. Double Wall Ripple Kraft Paper Hot Cup - 500/Case

Ordered 1000 16 oz cups and they were defective. The lids made for the cups (which also fit 20 oz) did not stay on the cups. We have received many complaints and witnessed numerous customers spill part of their drinks because the lids come off. When we reached out to Webstaurant, they asked for a video showing the problem. We have ordered a lot of product from them. It was disappointing that they did not take our word for it and replace them. Long story short, we sent a video and still have not received a response. This has been so frustrating.

HUGE WARNING: THESE CUPS CAN’T BE STAMPED… because they have a glossy coating which prevents the ink from sticking (and makes it almost impossible to apply a stamp because the stamp slips every time)!!! So if you stamp your cups then these will not work for your shop. We are now stuck with 2 cases of cups that we will have to either send out without our logo on them, or we will have to put a sleeve on the cups which totally negates the extra expense of buying these cups. Other than that they appear to be the same quality as the standard Choice hot cups. No complaints there, so if you just want plain white double walled cups then these should be fine for your application.

The cups ridged walls come apart from the slightest moisture. Customers have come back complaining that their cup dripped into their cup holders in the car.

Normally we buy Solo brand 12 ounce cups but decided that we'd try these at about 30% cheaper. Dollar for dollar, they are probably a better value than the Solo cups. Inspecting the cup, the rolled lip is very smooth, the seam is perfect, and the bottom edge is well done and textured, all comparable in quality to our Solo cups. On the inside, the coating appears to be slightly thinner than Solo's, but I've had ice water in both for the past half hour and neither are soggy. There is also visible coating on the bottom of the cup. However, we decided not to go with these cups because of the off-white color. The pure white of the Solo cups is pristine and conveys quality. If Choice could brighten the color, we would absolutely choose these, and they are still a great choice at the end of the day.

These coffee cups are great, but I made the mistake of not buying the cup sleeve and I have had a lot of complaints that they are hard to handle. The only other thing I have noticed is the lids do not go on easily and pop off when you pick up the cup.

We have mixed reviews about these cups. We have received bad batches the last few orders where customers are sending me photos of cup failures. It may be time to start looking for alternatives so we don’t lose customers.

These are awful. They leak and lids DO NOT fit. None of them. Even the more more expensive solo brand lids.

Not as good as other branded double wall cups, they do get too hot. They are glossy BTW, I didn't catch it from the main photo.

We used these cups for hot coffee and it’s true! No sleeves needed! They are sturdy and great for hot products. Very pleased. Definitely worth the price paid!

Good looking cups. Must have a sleeve, they get hot. Randomly there will a bad one which seeped out the bottom. It's random and theres no holes so theres no way of knowing it'll do that.

We've ordered these cups and use them as our smallest size of regular coffee/tea beverages in our coffee shop. They are a good cup, solid and sturdy. You'll want a hot sleeve for them depending on the style of drink you're doing.

We use them all the time to give tea to the customer. Best price in the market and shipping is good too. They arrive the next day. We love Webstaurant!

The cups desintegrate if in contact with liquid more than 10 minutes. My clients need to drink their coffee quick so that the bottom of the cup does not detach

Love these cups, we order them for our office, they are super strong and by far the best we have try. In terms of presentation, they are elegant and fit for corporate and executive meetings. The only negative is that the stack come strongly attached one to another, they are extremely hard to pull apart. I been trying to get a cup dispenser that might work with these, but so far nothing has worked. I would like to see if perhaps a Webtstaurantstore.com representative could advise with feedback, suggestions, comments, where to find a dispenser or who to contact for more info.

We have been using these cups for a few years with no problem. However, recently they leak the moment you pour hot liquid into them. We are looking into changing brands. Not sure if production changed but they are not the quality they used to be.

Not as bad as the kraft ones but they still leak with any and all lids and the seam around the rim will swell up and start to drip almost immediately Zero stars

Product is great, however the shipping was not. 3 large boxes taped together, caused the bottom box to get smashed. Fortunately in my situation there was not much damaged to the cups, but it could have been bad.

These are my favorite cups! We've been using these for years and they save time and are so cute with the design already on them. I used to hand draw on the sleeves and not only do you no longer need sleeves, as they're built into the cup design, but the design is perfect for our small coffee shop. Everyone knows where the cup came from (our coffee shop) when customers are out and about. They're high quality and I can trust that they'll always be the correct size. Every once in a while some of the stacked cups are difficult to pull apart. We make sure to pull them apart before setting them up for use daily.

We switched to the Choice brand cups because the similar Solo brand cups have not been reliably available for a while. Other than the occasional crumpled rim, we don’t seem to experience problems with the cups. I only gave 4 stars because the cups don’t have the size printed on them anywhere, and even my experienced baristas often have trouble distinguishing the cup sizes when making drinks. Our new employees find it very frustrating for the first several weeks while learning how to tell the difference. I would love to give this 5 stars if only it had the cup size printed on it somewhere.
