We use these daily in our restaurant for bread service. We bought the little ramekins that fit in the hole for olive oil and has an awesome slot for a bread knife. customers always comment on how cool it is.

I bought this to replace the old crappy looking plastic cutting board that we’ve had forever. It was very nice and you can flip it over for both sides to be used. It looks very nice and even gets my wife’s approval. I hope she will let me throw out the crappy plastic cutting board soon!
