A stainless steel base houses all the components of this kit. It includes (1) 1/3 size and (6) 1/6 size stainless steel steam table pans for keeping ingredients on hand. Plus, (36) 15 oz. foam freeze packs are included to set beneath each food pan and keep ingredients at the proper temperature. The pans settle into the base, supported by its enclosed design.
Fry Up Toppings
This 60-piece kit includes both a butane burner with a fry pan and a 13" crepe maker. Use the frying pan to heat up the different ingredients for crepes! Then you can cook each crepe to perfection on the crepe maker for an effortlessly streamlined operation. The 13" crepe maker has a PTFE-coated griddle surface that provides accurate temperature and controlled heat insulation of the elements.
Make Delicious Crepes
The thermostatic controls make it easy to adjust temperature, while a luminous on/off switch and heated-surface indicator light allows for simple and effortless operation. This item ensures a uniform temperature over the entire 13'' cooking surface, with a specific design that avoids heat loss and contributes to an overall consistency of heating. Powerful 1300W coil elements can permit the temperature to fall anywhere in between 311-500 degrees Fahrenheit.
